I bought an Astria Georgian 42 fireplace in July. It shipped with broken refractory panels and we are in December and still do not have our fireplace working or pieces replaced. The company has not shipped out a replacement and I am being told to pick a different color for than I originally ordered. DO NOT ORDER FIREPLACE MANUFACTURED BY THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware.

Worst tech support I have ever dealt with. If you have a problem with their product good luck resolving it with their help. The tech was a real smart A** and was no help with my problem. I have a $7000 fireplace that runs then shuts off by it's self and a manual that is no help either.

This company has TERRIBLE customer service. Even as a retailer, they are awful to deal with. We have stopped carrying their products and have asked them for the last 5 years to REMOVE us from their dealer locator. Apparently they also have bad pizza as well.............. and poor parking based on the other reviews.

Only because I can't leave less than 1 star.

These people's customer service and tech support people are absolutely the worst. They say their product must be replaced but will not provide written documentation as to why and expect the contractor to assume all liability. AFTER stating on the phone that the product must be replaced and why, I asked to simply email me that statement, the tech says "I never made such a comment". Now the homeowner is stuck with the additional cost to replace because they won't provide documentation. I will make sure to never use their material in another installation ever and I intend to make others in the industry aware as well.

If you come here your whole shift is over came at 9 out at 3:30 took there whole shift to load oke trailer disgusting people and dont have any sense to talk also dont come here trucker

Trailer is always pre loaded and ready. Shift change gets a bit hectic though since they employees don't GAS about the truckers

They don’t have parking space for a truck. they ask you to go to walmart or a small gas station which they called travel stop even just for 30mins. Very slow.
