Do not use this guy…I gave him $2500 which was half the money of the quote he gave us. Over a three week period he didn’t show up more than 12 hours and that being generous and never when he said he was going to be there. He spent $800 in materials. By the end of week 2 he was asking for more money. We are currently trying to recover $1000 back from him for work in the house that he never even got to start because he left the outside the way he did. We ended up firing him and he said he would give that part back… surprise, surprise he won’t answer…horrible experience and below par work. Stay away. Currently getting quotes to redo all of his work. I am in disbelief that he really took our money. We checked the business llc, insurance and reviews. He seemed like a legitimate business owner but we were so wrong. At one point, he promised to get the job done in the next 3 days. We went to stay at a hotel because we had been living in a mess for over a week. While packing our car up, he sent a message and said he had family in town and wouldn’t be back for 4 days… look at the pictures of how he left our house for those 4 days, after it had been sitting like that already for over a week. The hotel was not refundable. This has been the worst situation we have ever delt with. We have a new company that is completing the job. It is going to cost more to complete the job and fix what he took apart than if we started with someone else in the first place. We are now in over 3000$ and just starting the work. I’m leaving this review because we chose to work with Cody because of these reviews and I hope to keep him from doing this to someone else. He had no idea what he was doing and took a lot on money knowing that. It couldn’t have been worse.

Made an appointment for an estimate. Was told Monday at 3:00 p.m., the day of it got moved back to 5:00 p.m. which was perfectly fine. Absolutely no communication until I contacted the business after 7:00 p.m. Proper communication would have been great in this situation. Absolutely would not recommend! Thought I contacted a reputable business, but apparently I did not.

We had pocket door that we used frequently, and recently would not close completely. I called Cody. Cody has done work before for us in which we were very satisfied with. Cody came through for us again. He replaced the rollers, leveled, and back on track to close completely. Thanks Cody, job well done.
