Brian and Haylie are AWESOME. Brian set me up with the perfect vape setup and took time to thoroughly explain every question I had. Haylie was able to pinpoint the perfect vape juice after asking a few tastes and preferences. Every person behind the counter is knowledgeable and friendly. I personally will not go anywhere else for my vape needs. Thanks ICONIC!

Good prices. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. They also offer 50/50 VG/PG ejuice for older ego style rigs. Curbside pick up is wonderful for old folks like me with disabilities. I shopped around some before I tried Iconic. Haven't had a reason to shop anywhere else for a while now.

Very disappointed. As an Army veteran, I’ve learned how important it is to spend time with my children. While running errands, I stopped in the store with my 14 year old daughter. I asked for all the items I needed and went to check out and was refused to purchase vape juice and juice pods.
The person behind the counter stated it was their protocol not to sell to me because my daughter was under age and in the shop. She never spoke to the employee, nor spoke anything related to the products I was purchasing.
Employe stated he heard us speaking about my vape. I did ask my daughter what she thought the body of my vape was made of ….Plastic or metal.
Very disappointed. If this were a true protocol, why wasn’t I warned when we walked in together, or why wouldn’t a sign be posted about accompanying minors in the store.
Thirty minute drive waisted, out of juice, was told to come back in 24 hours.
Employee was rude, and I felt he was being obnoxious intentionally.

Great personal skills and great management is the recipe for success! THANKS Just a few words Update I have been gone for years this is my first Vape Shop I returned last night about 06:30 PM 10-11-2023 Katlyn, Kyle, Rachel. were customer care it had been a long time and the business is still the best vape shop in the United States they were so helpful and they have everything in stock you can imagine I was looking for a pod system they explained a lot about the systems of different brands available I chose Geekvape B60 the best juice my favorite Apple Crack, Clusterfluck, and Monster Milk Cinnamon I just wanted to say Thank You guys keep up the great work ethic every time I have come here I know I am the most important customer to everyone there and the monster milk cinnamon that Kyle Set me up with is now my favorite Thank You Guys I look forward to my vaping supplies and a great experience every time I come in Thank you Joe

I've been shopping with these guys are a few years now, the whole team is great. Everyone is super friendly and always have new recommendations that haven't done me wrong. Best vape shop in the Lakeland area, always plenty of liquids and coils in stock and prices can't be beat.

I've been a long time customer with the establishment. I quit smoking before having brain surgery and depended on iconic Vape to help me quit. At the beginning of 2018 an employee gave me cards to put my name on the back, hand them out and I'd receive a $5 discount for each new customer. After giving out 75 cards I thought something must be wrong. I took a friend to the store with the card, they made a purchase and they were a new customer. A few days later I went in for eliquid and requested to use my discounts. I did not receive sent discount ever. I'm disappointed Ty. I hope you've read this since your comment was so very rude.
