The process is pretty straightforward and simple. My recommendation is to contact the office before heading over there to make sure everything is squared away. You might wanna also consider sending some pictures of your vehicle to the processing center.
My process didn't take 30 minutes!

This is so random and I shipped my car months ago but I was just thinking about how good of care these guys took of me. I was shipping my car to Hawaii and I showed up the day of my appointment and was missing a document . Completely my own fault and these guys went out of their way to make sure I still shipped my car that day and they didn't have to do that. But I'll never forget it and I just wanted them to know that. I think it was Jamal who took care of me. I had came from st. Pete so setting up a new appointment would have been such a hassle and thank you. My car arrived with no scratches too so just wow.

Great customer service. Arrived 15 minutes early and had all my documentation on hand. I watched the inspector inspect my vehicle and left with my car successfully turned in about 30 minutes later. Great experience.

Great atmosphere. Jamal was awesome. He said he will take care of me and he did. Wasn’t able to ship my car on my appointment date because I was missing my wheel key. I came back the next morning and he took care of me like he said he would. Can’t be more grateful for him. Was able to get everything done thanks to him.

I received excellent and professional service from all of the gentleman at IAL VPC Orlando. I arrived quite early for my appointment, but Mr. Nathan made sure he could get my vehicle ready for pick up very promptly. Mr. Nathan also provided me with all relevant paperwork and steps needed to take care of registering my vehicle. I look forward to visiting the office again for my next PCS move. I can't say enough! There was a mix up on my end when making the appointment, but the staff was more than helpful to get it fixed. The manager even worked through his lunch break to process my daughter's car himself! I'm so very thankful, great experience!
