This is the last company I'd ever recommend to anyone. Ruined the home buying experience for me. There was so much lack of professionalism, communication and lack of a sense of urgency. There was a lot of lies and underdelivering for numerous things. The pricing/rates were not at all competitive / worth the negative experience. You're better off going elsewhere.

All those bad review a true. Start working with them ZERO CONFIDENCE. Glad that in the last moment change the lender. I3 never call u back, they overcharge a lot of hidden fees was trying to givee a loan for a high rate. Closing was overpriced. Keith wasn't nice to me at all. I3 was calling me in the last moment and telling me u have to sign asking for what NO ANSWER. IN THE Closing they was selling me points and didn't knew about that. Avoid them. Not recommending. Very unprofessional

This was the absolute worst experience. It was so bad that when we finally closed, everyone involved verbally stated they would run far away if they ever came across this company again(the sellers, both real estate agents, the lawyer, and the title company). Do not choose this mortgage lender. Their mortgage agents are not trained properly and are not upfront about any part of the process. We bought our second property with this lender and it was hell. Our first experience with Interlinc Mortgage was smooth and exciting. We should have went back to them. We chose I3 because they were recommended to us by a family member. The family member told us that we could close faster with them, but that turned out to be a big mistake. So much went wrong, but it would take a book to write everything. Did I mention that we lost out on a property with a contract on it before buying this home because of them! We lost out on half our earnest money and our dream home because our lending agent lied to us about needing to sell our previous home, about the loan type he was using, and how much was needed at closing. We were in the dark the entire time and when we tried to ask for clarification we were talked to like we were stupid. Our loan type was changed three different times with that house and it caused us to be in breach of contract! Our agent got in trouble with her broker because of that!! We were not going to give them an opportunity to screw us again but our lending agent lied once again and said we were already approved and could close in 2 weeks if we just found another property to buy. Not having to go through the whole process again sounded appealing and we honestly thought nothing else could possibly go wrong now. Another big mistake. He lied once again! We were not approved and they asked us for all types of new crazy documentation once the new home contract was in place! Things our previous mortgage lender never mentioned. Every single day they asked for something new and even more crazy! It took an entire week just for our lending agent to get in contact with us regarding the loan once we had a new house and contract. For whatever reason, our lending agent chose a lending company that was literally on the opposite side of the country and in a different time zone(this made getting anything done in a timely fashion super hard). We were not able to close on our expected closing date with the new house because of some misunderstanding that had nothing to do with us even though our lending agent tried to blame it on us. When the time finally came, we signed the documents with the sellers(documents that were supposed to be ratified but never were). It was so unprofessional because they had to cross out the names of the previous sellers we were trying to buy from! After all the documents were signed, we were asked to wait awkwardly with the sellers(who had planned to get on the road to travel to a whole new state after closing)because the lender had not awarded the funds for closing. Our lending agent had failed to list income on our application which made the lending company skeptical of our wire transfer! It took 2.5 hours and sending the title company the emails and documents we sent our lending agent right there in the office to get things worked out…and guess what our lending agent did? Didn’t respond to the emails and when he did he was adamant he had made no mistakes! All our lending agent did was lie to us. It honestly felt like we were being sabotaged. I hated everything about this home buying experience.

i3 Lending personnel were very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and responsive. Working with Junior Jeune was a very positive experience and his accessibility was appreciated. More specifically Jeune kept in contact with me although sometimes I was not available and often did not respond immediately. It's comforting to know that your business relationship is valued and eagerly sought-after rather than feel you have to succumb to high-pressure tactics. I appreciate knowing I was a respected customer and was never treated as just another number/sale. Kudos to Junior Jeune! He represented you well! Thank you Mr. Jeune
