Also like all the others that have written I would give 0 stars if possible. Service is worse than terrible. Paid for furnace mid Oct delivery was to be Jan. March before it arrived! Not April 23 still have issues with making it work had to order another $700 worth of parts and we have no heat in our house. The company blocks your calls when they see you are calling AGAIN for help. Find someone else !! PS the salesman Ben Jumper is just as bad!!!!

Terrible experience. Product was manufactured and shipped far later than promised timetable, and company was unwilling to provide updates and communicate during that process. Materials were subpar, had problems with the unit almost immediately. Local handyman was able to make some improvements on some of the faulty components. Company was unwilling to address complaints, even through BBB. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered my stove in January received it in September. Hardly no communication in-between, several issues found, metal not long enough. What caulking the blind person did looks awful. Several gaps, manufacturer says what do you want to do about it. My recommendation avoid them at all cost!!!!! I have pictures to back everything up.

Paid money down and was told to expect it in September. Into October and so far no furnace along with minimal communication obtaining zero answers as to where it is at in production and when we should be receiving it. This place is either a scam or they don’t have a clue what’s going on. In either case, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Made a $500 deposit back in November, said it should take around 2 months for them to manufacture the boiler. We are 5 months into it. There has been very little communication.

Starting to believe that I've lost my $500.
