I'll apologize for the LONG post, but wanted to share my experience.

Let me start off by saying I am not a big company, organization, or team. Just a family who wanted Gatorade Zero Powder and was shopping online. I stumbled across your website and you had what I was looking for and on sale.

While going through and comparing prices I used your chat feature to ask a few quick questions and was connected to MeghanR. She took the time to answer my questions and was getting a shipping price on what I wanted to order. Unfortunately, when adding in the shipping costs, it would have been cheaper to go to my local store. I let Meghan know this and thanked her for her time. This is where most people would have stopped and closed the chat. Instead, Meghan let me know that she had two cases in stock and if I ordered both cases instead, the shipping would only go up around a $1. This was more than I initially wanted to buy, and needed to think, so again I thanked Meghan for her time. Meghan gave me a call back number in case I needed more help.

Decided we would go ahead with the order and when trying to order, my internet froze so I decided to call the number Meghan gave me expecting it to be a generic customer service number. Instead, it was a direct line to her. This was super convenient because instead of covering everything again, she remembered the chat, my name, and the product I wanted to order. When I thought her customer service could not get any better, she again surprised me. She checked the expiration date of the product and let me know to ensure we could use it since we were buying 2 cases. She was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient.

Customer service is a lost skill in today's world so it was really refreshing to speak to someone who took the extra steps to ensure I got what I wanted. She is a great representative for you company.

I am a huge word of mouth person. While I cannot promise I will bring you more business. I can promise that I will tell everyone I know who is looking for Gatorade and/or other supplies to check you guys out first!

I needed powdered Gatorade for a marathon and I needed it delivered to the location along with cups and cooler not to mention there was less than a week to get everything in place because our original sponsor dropped out. Hydration Depot came to the rescue and they were truly amazing and saved the day. Thank you Hydration Depot!

This is a resale company, meaning they're buying products and reselling them for higher prices. From my experience, this company will not bat an eye to send you expired products then gaslight you into believing they did nothing wrong. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere/ just go to walmart or a bulk store like costco. (Thats where they get their stock from anyways, dont get ripped off)

If I could give them 0 I would. Very rude customer service when I called about an order I did not want. They were priced $30 over the competitors. When I called to return the product I didn't want they wouldn't return it without a 25% restocking fee plus I had to pay for return shippong even though it was never opened!!!! I wouldn't recommend them and their prices are way too high. Find another company to do business with. I promise you it would be in your best interests.
