OK, we all know that some people and places seem to get an inordinate amount of poor results from our own personal efforts whether that being late payments or missed meetings or leaving locks on tanks........yep, forgot I had a lock on the tank and was about out. Hunt's team showed up, didn't leave a note and drive away, but made phone calls, waited and helped resolve the issue and got us Propane yesterday....with a smile and understanding no less. This type of true customer service is not the norm these days and has not gone unnoticed by me and my wife. Thanks you guys, excellent operation, excellent service.

We needed an emergency fill up do to our usually company not being able to come out for a couple of weeks and an unexpected event happened that caused us to need a fill up ASAP. They managed to email us the paperwork while I was on the phone and they had someone out the next day to inspect and fill up the tank. I am forever grateful for the entire team and all their hard work in helping us with our situation. We will definitely be turning to them for our future fill ups!

So thrilled with the service from Hunt propane. Extra effort to get install done before the last cold snap. Local ownership and pride. So happy to support. Not to mention the quality of the tank and no hidden/random fees. 5⭐️ in all departments. Oh, and the price…very competitive, in fact lower than the other 3 companies we called. We dealt with Drew. I am giving 4 stars though my feelings at this point are a bit mixed. My first experiences with Hunt Propane were all very positive. All their staff are always friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to get out to my house to perform an inspection and get my tank filled very quickly after I purchased my new home. Shortly thereafter, they ran some new pipe for me and reconfigured my clothes dryer to work with Propane. All very quickly and with a positive, polite, and professional disposition. All three entirely positive experiences. Just recently however, I unfortunately let my tank run dry. My own fault entirely, as I have a will call agreement with Hunt Propane. That is in no way on them. The issue for me arose when no one there could tell me when a driver might be available to come out. I understand they are busy, and same day, or even same week service, may not be a reasonable expectation. I am ok with that. but it took 3 days and a half a dozen attempted phone calls just to get a call back. I only actually spoke with a person 3 of those times, and each time that person assured me someone would call me back to let me know when someone could make it out. The other 3 times no one answered at all, even though it was in the middle of the day, and I instead got a message which stated that the mailbox is full, so I could leave no message. Very frustrating. To be fair, once I did get a call back, the driver was out here within an hour, and the service was as ever, impeccable. I really like them, from the office staff to the drivers, they are all knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, but the difficulty in scheduling is frustrating.

This company is absolutely outstanding. We were in a bind, needed a new leased tank and propane, and hunt propane made it happen! I cannot thank this company enough! Great employees, great customer service too! Highly recommend this company!

The customer pays for their $800.00 mistakes. They are the absolute worst propane company I have ever dealt with. If I could put zero stars I would. They have absolutely no accountability for their mistakes, which are frequent in the accounting department. The manager is unapologetic if his staff make mistakes that cost you. Because of his and his staff's negligence, I will be gladly changing companies and never looking back. Don't waste your time here. Too many mistakes. No accountability. No reprieve for customers.

John was incredibly quick to answer the phone and was prompt on his call-backs and arrival time. He took the time to review our current situation and to also break down what to expect with switching from our current leased tank to the new Hunt Propane tank we will be receiving. He was kind, helpful and not pushy. We are looking forward to having a new tank and low 1st fill rate followed by the lowest residential rate in town, too! As a Realtor, I love to support local businesses, so it was appealing to me that Hunt Propane works with local wineries here and supports their businesses as well while he is out doing his business. We are looking forward to the switch!
