Great local distillery. And you can see it being made right in the tasting room. Need an original gift for someone or just love spirits solo or mixed this it the place for you. We stopped in on our way to another spot and did a quick tasting, the owners/operators were both there and ready to share their passion of this craft. They were so friendly you feel like family when you walk in their doors. We picked up a whisky, gin and the ever so tasty chocolate liquor. There’s even drink recipe cards for free at the tasting bar. You don’t want to miss this Humboldt treasure!
