Yes yes yes. If they don't feel comfy fixing something they tell you. What they feel comfy fixing, they do quickly. I've had smoke blown up my butt by many handymen that I rejected. Keith and Katie earned my business. Hire them...But you can only have them when I don't need them.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HANDYMEN!! Keith and Katie are so so wonderful. I had just moved up to Lake Arrowhead and needed my old outdoor stairs redone asap. It was a huge safety hazard and luckily my dad found these 2 just in time. They checked out the situation and quoted us better than all the other quotes I got. They're wonderfully experienced and great with communication and informing me of all the details since I don't have any knowledge in construction. The old stairs turned out to be in a lot worse shape than imagined, and they were so unbelievably gracious to fit in additional labor to make sure everything was patched and stable. They grabbed more materials for me as needed and made sure I had the most trusting stairs to last. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience with handymen and look forward to working with them for all my future projects and unexpected emergencies that will occur here in the mountains. Just absolutely professional and kind people and I am so happy to have met them 🙂 Will update this post with photos!

I feel very fortunate to have found The Hopkins Family Handyman to work at my home in the mountains. To start off, I had a water leak in my window. I contacted a few carpenters but couldn’t get anyone to come out and look at it. Until I found The Hopkins Family Handyman who came to my home the same day and found the source of the leak. They gave me a reasonable quote and began working on the damage. This was the beginning of the great storms we had this winter. It would be weeks before I could get up there. With other things going on in my life, this was a stressful time for me. But they handled everything and completely took the worry out of it for me. They were very knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. My house was covered in snow. But that didn’t stop them from getting the work done. They spent time shoveling through the snow to get in the house while hauling their tools and supplies with them. They worked above and beyond my expectations. Their pricing was very reasonable. They did a wonderful job and left my home so clean you wouldn’t know that there was recent construction there. They were so humble and kind throughout the whole process. I can’t tell you the many times I said to myself, “Thank God, I hired this company.”
