I stayed here for two nights, and I found the staff to be extremely friendly, the lady that runs the place is an absolute sweetheart! the rooms are very clean. the bed is very comfortable and the place is Very quiet. Thank you very much. I will be back on the future 🙂🙏 God bless

Upon arriving the entrance door to the office has signs stating security dogs. There were two dogs barking wildly trying to attack. There was junk strewn all over the front porch area and very unkept. Windows are dirty. Once we were in the office to register there was papers stacked all over. When we got to the room, there was a extreme musty smell. There was a non functioning light in the bathroom over the sink. Did not feel comfortable would not stay there again.

Just right !!!! I have stayed in a couple different rooms here lately and I have enjoyed my stay each time. The decor is a little outdated but the rooms are comfortable , clean and affordable , with a refrigerator , a microwave and the best HD TV you will find in the area. The owners , Naneeta and Steve are the nicest and friendliest people and will make you feel like the welcome guest you are.

Its out of the way and very quiet. The rates are the lowest around. But there is a huge problem with cleanliness there are no bugs As far as the rooms go ot looks like they just run a broom over it make the bed and call it clean.

Attentive owner. Very clean room. Quiet. Found out that it is under new management, recently taken over. Place does look a lot better than what it was like years ago. I would stay here again, if i was to return to NH in the future. Prices are good. Beds are comfortable. They do have WiFi available. Just need to get a password from manager/ operator

Small place. But they have been great with my Child that is in a life transition. Life isn't always easy. But having a warm safe place to sleep always helps. Thanks for your Hospitality.

I used to love this place. It's so Kute and Kozy. And the woman who runs it is a sweetie. We checked in and there was a picture of a bed bug on the counter so I asked if they had them. She said they did but they had gotten rid of them, and had remodeled every room. I asked again and she insisted they were gone.................... My husband was eaten alive. It was horrific. He was in agony for 2 weeks. You don't EVER want to mess with bed bugs. It is a horrible thing. We were lucky none came home with us. They wouldn't give us our money back so we had our credit card company deal with it. Only 1 of the 2 days refunded. I hope they have gotten rid of these evil things.
