Been having our cars repaired here for several years. They remember me and my cars. They are very professional.
We have a 2003 GMC Envoy with almost 300K that had some extensive repairs that I got back today and it runs like new.

Took my Honda CRV for a simple oil change around 11am. I was told it might take a few hours since they were a little busy and they would call when they were done. I walked a little ways home and waited. I figured maybe they forgot to call or left a mesage that i missed. I Ubered to the shop about 10 minutes to closing and asked about my vehicle. The guy behind the counter could not find my keys at first and after a searh found them with my paperwork..They had not done my vehicle and were closing. I took my keys and left. I wasted an entire day for a oil change. Would not recommend this auto shop

Honest 1 in Diamond Bar is great. Able to service my car the same day or ready the next day if they’re busy. Harry and the staff are professional and courteous. Prices are cheaper than any dealership and competitive to other auto shops. I use to get my 2008 Accord and 2012 BMW 3 series serviced there. Now I get my 2016 KIA Sedona and 2018 BMW 4 series serviced there and they always do a great job.

For anyone curious about pricing here for AC, it’s $160 for diagnostic and $1590 for MY specific labor. $2,100 for my AC to be fixed. It’s out of my budget but I assume it won’t be for others.

I didn’t understand that an Air conditioner general service was an inspection only. I thought I was getting a quote for the labor price to fix my car. I misunderstood what was being done to my car so I’m out $160 my fault. I’m hoping this helps anyone else who might get confused like I did. Posting so no one else makes the same silly mistake.

As a woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I’m always terrified I’m going to get taken advantage of at a mechanic. These guys have always treated me great and have been very open and transparent about the work they do and their prices. They do their best to explain the work they’ve done in a way I can understand. They live up to their name!

Great mechanics! Very professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy my car was repaired on same day and I had major repair work done and they were able to do it all in one day. Harry Sr. Was so pleasant! He explained in detail what was needed for my car. I'm very satisfied. My car runs like new again though it is 18 yrs old.
