I wish I could give a 0 !!!
I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I received a confirmation order and then after reaching out several times for an update - o got a message saying it was in transit?!?! But nothing else.
I have no tracking information or expected delivery date. I've emailed at-least 7 times to ask for tracking /and/or delivery info no response. I've also left 5 messages on the phone number they provided, no company message when you call and now it says, memory full. Completely unprofessional and I wonder if it's a scam. Ridiculously frustrating!!

Bought a door was suppose to be in 14 days after three weeks I call and they tell me it was broken and they were out of stock until the first. I explain to them my customer was frustrated and upset with me and ask why there was no communication?! Followed up by asking if there was any compensation or way to guarantee I would get it then. The girl barely knew English and hung up! Upon her hanging up I get a refund without any explanation. I tried calling and emailing for two days upon the refund with no answers and finally I order a second one because the lack of communication plus I already locked in that certain shower door with my client. Well about a week and a half later I received a shower door thinking it was the second one and this time it wasn’t broken thankfully and I got it to the clients. Then the next day I received another one and was confused so I tried calling and emailing, nothing again! Finally two weeks later they email me and tell me that I have accrued charges at the shipping facility for my lack of communication! Haha what?!!!
