Attention Truckers.Horrible place for pickup. Avoid at all costs. Checked in at 7am no loading started until 9:30. Forklifts running around but no one has idea about what they are doing. Total waste of time. Never ever coming back.

Our company, Okanagan Vinyl Products, has been purchasing vinyl since 2013 from Homeland. I am impressed with the quality, value, loyalty and customer service we receive. Our company is treated like royalty as a fabricator/distributor. I highly recommend anyone searching for vinyl fencing, do yourself a favor, use Homeland Vinyl. That way when your fence is still looking good after 15, 20, 25, 30 + years you will be thanking your past self! There is a difference in quality between vinyl extrusion houses!

Homeland Vinyl doe not stand behind there products.
Had a fence installed 9 years ago and different sections are fading out faster then others. The brochures states Admittance free and life time warranty. When you contact the company it takes 8 months to return a letter filled with lies. Stating that they tried to contact you to set up an appointment (which is false), And that there is no defects. Interesting they never saw the fence. Look else ware and do your homework. Feel free contact me and I will share the whole story.

I had their pvc fence installed in 2015, and a few years later the fence began bowing, fading, and peeling. They did honor the warranty over 8 years later when I filed a warranty claim in 2023, and refunded me for the fence. The warranty process was easy, I had to fill out one form, send a few pictures, and provide the original contract. Within a few weeks my warranty claim was approved and I received a check in the mail. I am pleased with their quick and efficient warranty process.

We are delighted with the outcome of our railings from Homeland Vinyl. Manager Ashley Johnson was very accommodating, kind and efficient in bringing our project to fruition. The contractor Ashley suggested was meticulous as they worked diligently in completing the project. I recently had to make a warranty claim for my fence and the Homeland Vinyl warranty department, specifically, Ashley, was a pleasure to work with. The issue first arose in the early throes of COVID-19, so the process was bogged down with supply chain issues. Throughout the process Ashley stayed in touch until the job was done. When the retail merchant passed me off to the manufacturer (Homeland Vinyl Products), I was very suspicious that the well-known, endless chain of calls, not taking responsibility, etc, nonsense we often deal with would fall into place. Not at all the case with Homeland Vinyl. They were far above the professional, fast, concerned, eager to assist, and follow up levels we experience in dealing with other companies. We recommend Homeland Vinyl without reservation or qualification. And we will seek them out for future needs.

I encountered a problem with my gorilla deck that I bought a few years ago from Homeland Vinyl Products and after getting in touch with their warranty service department it was promptly resolved with no hassle whatsoever which it's very seldom achieved with other manufacturers.
