These ice machines are a pure workhorse. We’ve been in the seafood business for 50 years and your equipment is easily the best purchase we have made in that time. The only thing that might top the Ice machine could be the technical support people and your parts people. Purchasing and Install was straight forward, at start up found leak on factory side of unit. Honestly looked like result of shipping. But Holiday Ice was responsive and accommodating for Material and labor to make repairs. Unit as been operating smoothly 24/7 last 5years. I find theses units are designed well for service and easy to work on.
