Average size warehouse, very nice people. If your load is ready, they will take you early. If not, they will get you wait at staging area! My apt was at 1 pm and I arrived 7.30 am. My load was ready and gave me the dock right away! Some drivers they park their trucks along the fence ( even though there is big staging area ), it might give some drivers hard time to back up to the dock due to lack of enough front room to maneuver.

For all my truck drivers, I can't account for everyone else's experiences. Keep in mind this place is not 24/7 when planning. I arrived at 7:30am. Right when the gate was open. I got unloaded and loaded right away. Was straight forward. Easy.

If all warehouses worked in this manner there would be such happy drivers. My appt was scheduled for 1300 I arrived at 0941. The office staff extremely helpful and professional and very courteous. I was given dock 33 upon arrival by 1030 my trailer was loaded paperwork issued and on my way. I would definitely pickup at this location again. No overnight parking, 2 small truck stops .05mi away from facility. Larger truck stops on I-40 ext 161 about 8-10 mi away.

I had delivery to this guys, and that was quick and easy, lots of room for maneuver.
Nice people especially guard check women ?.
The only bad thing about that they don't have overnight parking for semi's which could be helpful in that area.
In & out less than hour!

Terrible place to pick up from , went there 2 hours before my appointment, they told me I have to come again 30 minutes before appointment. So I did . 22 doors loaded with trucks waiting to be loaded, they work only on two doors despite many employees who take brakes every 15 minutes or so without supervision ( I spend a lot of time inside due to hot weather) . Terrible management!!! My appointment was at 11am , got loaded short before 5pm , reading the other reviews I am sure this is regular practice. They just don't care , I won't pick up from there ever again , you ? Decide for your self ..

Love picking loads up from here. Fast in and out. They will load you early if the product is ready. If not, you will sit. Some of the people at the window are not so pleasant. All in all, I like it. Need more training in customer service. Update::::
The new people in the shipping office are so nice. The young lady that was in training was very helpful and knowledgeable of my load . They actually had smiles on their faces. The other people (guy) looked at you and only said what needed to be said. Pick up number, and that's was it. The ladies in the office now actually carried a conversation with me That you .

I’ve read some mixed reviews about other truckers experiences so I wanted to give a quick one about my experience. You had a 1pm appointment time, I called at 7am and asked if I could come in earlier. I was told my load was ready to come over. I got here at 8am and was loaded by 9:15. Adam in the shipping office was professional and courteous and they got me on the road way sooner than I thought. Thanks guys.
