I’ve read some of the other reviews and my experience was completely opposite. I’m building a 2 car garage and submitted a quote through their website. I received a phone call the next day and a quote via email later that same day. I received the delivery of my trusses 2 weeks later. The entire process was flawless.

We are Currently building a house with a local custom builder. Per the superintendent, The trusses were teched by Hitech who completely messed up a lot of builders, us being one of them. The trusses were ordered many months ago. Our super asks about them being delivered at least three times a week and they keep pushing back the delivery date. The newest information was they are still two weeks out which was what we were told three weeks ago. I would be extremely cautious to believe anything this company says!

Called them last September and was waiting 5 months for quote/truss drawings. Received 1 of those and paid the 50% deposit. I called the office and they told me they were sold and they were not going to do any of my jobs. Even returned the one job I paid a deposit on. This is a terrible way to do business. Screw over a lot of people. But at least he got his big check. Hope he sleeps well at night knowing he really hurt a lot of local people and their building time line.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. As they took 100’s of people s money then told them that they will not be able to build there truss packages. The receptionist Veronica said the company was sold but they still answer the phone as Hitek Truss. We were told a check was mailed out on March 3, 2021 and March 10, 2021 and still have not yet received a refund. And the sad part the receptionist Veronica hung up after calling us a liar saying that we did not speak to Kimberly the Accounts payable. They are a rip off and still owe tons of people money.
