I mean where do I begin!!!! It started on 2/9/2022 when I placed an order for 75 Navy Blue masks for my wedding via Purchase Order. We are having 2 ceremonies, one traditional and one cultural wedding. I receive a call from Paula in prepayment and they take my money for the order. I call and I talk to this really nice woman that put me at ease because a previous company emailed me and told me they they do not have Navy 6 days later. I came to Hit in a panic!! Mariah in customer service confirmed my order and stated that I would get it. She assured me that everything will be okay! So just to recap....1) I sent a PO in writing ordering 75 Navy Blue masks 2) Hit sends me an email for prepayment and I PAY IT 3) My customer service rep Mariah confirms my order and assures me that I will get it the next day shipping UPS Overnight Air.

Cut to 2/10.....I get a message from my sister who is imprinting the masks showing tracking for the masks arriving on 2/14. At this point, we will not have the mask for our traditional wedding. Mariah states its UPS' fault as she shipped the items for them to arrive on 2/10.

Now the masks missed my traditional wedding so I'm like okay, Thursday would be great to give them out for the cultural wedding.

Cut to 2/14.....my sister receives the masks and they're ROYAL BLUE!!!

Cut to TODAY....Mariah throws me to the Claims Dept to this lady name Lara. Lara asked if I could take the masks at a discount. THE WEDDING COLORS ARE BURGUNDY AND NAVY!!! Like what? Then she tells me this is why its important for people to go to the website and check stock like its my fault that I'm in this situation. AT WHAT POINT DOES HIT PROMO TELL ME THAT THEY DONT CARRY NAVY MARIAH!! NOW I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK UNTIL THEY PICK UP THESE MASKS!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH HIT PROMO EVER!

Update: Hit Promo takes reviews seriously and professionally. Refund has been processed. I hope to work with them again someday as things hopefully improve.

Having conducted business with Hit Promo since 2004, I have experienced a steady decline in the quality of their services, making them one of the worst suppliers in the business.

Trying to reach their customer service department has been incredibly difficult, as they seem to be consistently unreachable and unresponsive. Emails often go unanswered for days, leaving me and likely many others in a state of limbo.

Unfortunately, it appears that no matter how carefully an order is placed with Hit Promo, something inevitably goes wrong. Whether it's a mix-up with product specifications, shipping delays, or a lack of communication, these issues have become recurrent problems..

I was recently assured a refund for the shipping costs due to a misquote on their end. Additionally, I was unlawfully charged a credit card surcharge, despite using a debit card for payment.

Despite multiple requests for a refund, I was eventually granted one with the promise that the charge would be reimbursed to my debit card on record.

It's now been two months, and this refund has yet to be processed.

If working here is a option over the long hours of standing up on your legs or maybe if your lucky sitting on a chair printing items on automatic or manual paint machines then getting paid 8.25 daytime job or night-shift 8.50. Perhaps your very lucky and get paid 10 for night-shift and long hours on a machine that could make your blind because of it's strong violet light. Everything in this place is organized and clean but theirs no guarantee on keeping the job if your on mid- season where hundred of workers are laid off or maybe this very well trained employee makes a mistake where it costs him his job and theirs nothing the manager or supervisor can do not even paying for his mistakes can this go away, because of the old saying (The Big fish eats the Smaller fish). Well Sir a Big F*@K to you {Hit Promotion} you rich basters! p.s.. i will succeed...

Where do I start? This company is a joke with very rude employees. Do not do business with this company if you are looking for reliability. We were supposed to have an order ship out on a Thursday, for an event the following Monday. On Thursday, one of their employees emailed us saying it would ship Thursday, and even said they checked on it, and they would be sending the tracking number. We even discussed how much it would cost to ship. We were told their order would ship. Come Friday morning (today) they email us and say that the material is out of stock and our new ship date would be 9/28/22. It is 7/29/22. How is this even possible? We were told our stuff would be shipping for an event that is happening in 3 days. How can you move the ship date up 2 months and expect that to be okay? And to top it off, Chuck, who was speaking on the phone, decided to take a very rude tone when talking to one of our employees about resolving this issue THAT WAS THEIR FAULT. So not only did this company lie to us about shipping, they were also not helpful at all in resolving it thus far and have been very rude about it actually. I will update this as the issue is resolved.

We are a print company that out sources to HIT Promo for promo products we cant do in house or large volumes. Twice they have messed on our orders and what an ordeal to get money back or exchange. First mistake was when they double shipped an order and then had us return the product back and then blamed us for their mistake. Took months to finally get some money back from them. Recently we ordered pens and specified we needed blue ink, this was direct shipped to a client and the client had some pens from before so didn't open the new box right away. Its been 4 months but when the customer did open the box it was black ink instead of blue ink. Instead of replacing the pens at their cost they only offered me half the price back! I'm sorry to say that isn't an acceptable answer for me, it their mistake and they cant even do right by it. I will be taking my business else where. Beware of this company and never taking blame.

I will not use Hit Promotional Products again. It took 3 months to get my order and 3 times to produce. First order sent the pens were scratched and didn't work. The second time the flashlight didn't turn on. Then the third time for the redo they did not have the original item I ordered so we had to find a different product.
Customer service was little to be desired as well . IF you are in any kind of hurry. Find another vendor. Or just in general.

Have used them for years, and do tons of business with them. They shipped an order later, and then LOST the package when it got rerouted back to them, yet refuse to now refund us for them and are making us pay to reprint them since THEIR warehouse lost the return package.

TRUCKERS…arrived the night before for our 0800 delivery and there is space to park. Checked in at 0800, was given a door, but they said they were waiting on another truck. Backed in, another truck arrived followed by a box truck. The box truck was loaded/unloaded and out the door…we sat for 2 hours and then another 90 min to unload 20 pallets? Just be prepared for a long wait.
