Great place to live and a nice club house with different activities all the time!

While the residents are quite nice. The owner of the property is constantly raising fees while providing no additional services and cutting the few provided amenities. As most residents are on fixed incomes and cannot afford to move, this amounts to little more than extortion.

I have family here and its a very nice community, nice to walk around, scenic pool setting, big community center with kitchen~ but the lot space is high and children can only be in pool 10 am - 11 or 12? weird time ~
