Very good customer service when ordering the bed cover. The bed cover got here very quickly and was installed incredibly fast. I am however very disappointed that H&H did not tell me they were going to drill holes in the bed of my brand new truck to run the drain tubes for the bed cover. If I would have known this I absolutely would have went with a different cover that didn't have drain tubes. I still cannot believe they drilled holes in the bed without first asking the owner of the vehicle if that would be acceptable.

I’ve had trouble with my truck cap for a few years. After several attempts at trying to fix the problem to no avail, I made an appointment at H&H Gadsden for repair. They were accommodating to my availability. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Roger and Brian and the repair work by John.
