My Experience with HGR was not so good. I negotiated a price for a pallet Shredder and ask for more pictures and a shipping quote. it never happened . When I called again, a guy called Dominique replied and said the price was now $400.00 more. Again I asked for additional pictures and a shipping quote and yet again no further reply nor a repose. When I called a third time the Item was sold to some one else. I don't think this is Cool. When you commit toa price you stick to it and you follow through.
