I had high expectations for this service, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the team left my generator on its side, causing significant oil leakage. It seemed as though they treated it as if it were no longer functional, despite it still working fine. Additionally, they intentionally damaged my pressure tank, which was in good condition prior to their visit. When I inquired about the damage, one of the technicians claimed it was “water locked,” which didn’t seem accurate. I know the condition of my equipment, and the tank was functioning properly.

Furthermore, I was charged a $175 service fee, which I was told would be credited toward the overall bill. However, this credit was never applied. In a prior visit, the company installed a new control box for which I paid $175 for the service visit and $150 for the part. Despite the control box being under a one-year warranty, when it failed six months later, they refused to honor the warranty and instead offered to sell me a new one at full price, which felt rather unprofessional.

What ultimately led me to write this review was the technician’s comment after completing the work. When I complimented him and his colleague on their job, he replied, “Well, I’m just polishing up a turd.” This response was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I am disappointed by the quality of service I received and the lack of follow-through on promised commitments. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Today I had my well pump and controllers installed. We are running off of a generator for now but we do have water running good. I would like to thank Heritage Well Service for all the help. Our house burned down in the Highland wild fire. We needed to get a well drilled before we can get building permit. Heritage got me on there schedule in about a month. Megan helped us out with all the paperwork, permits, and kept us informed at every step. Their crew was very professional and knowledgeable with there information. They had to drill 540 ft and they were done in just a few days. Megan is great when it came to making sure that we had all the paperwork we needed, hard copies and digital. I have no computer just my phone.
I enjoyed the interaction with everyone from Heritage. I would highly recommend Heritage Well Service! I greatly appreciate all their help and services! Thank you!

I want to share my wonderful experience with Heritage Well Service. I began working with the staff almost a year ago, and as someone new to town, Megan has been an incredible source of information. She was a godsend, providing me with water until my well could be installed.
The staff has been consistently accommodating. On many occasions, when I would pull in to request a water truck fill-up—even late on a Friday afternoon when they were eager to go home—someone would always stay behind to ensure I had water for the weekend.
When it was finally time to install the well, the professionalism of the team was evident. They explained the process thoroughly and collaborated with me to prepare the site for installation. The two gentlemen who worked on my project were hard-working and kept me updated on the progress, explaining each step along the way.
I want to sincerely thank the entire staff at Heritage Well Service for providing such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Heritage Well Service to anyone looking to install or upgrade their well needs.

Heritage Well are very professional, super easy to work and reliable. All of the staff and owners were involved at different stages and all were extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way. They were recommended to us as the top drillers by the company that did our radar surveys and hydrology work who said they were very honest drillers and I agree with that statement. Just got "my hole dug" this week. It took 4 days total. No problems. They came out set up day 1 drilled and placed a seal at 100' on day 2, went to water and capped the well on day 3, cleaned up, packed up and gone day 4. They hit water exactly where they assessed a good spot to drill was. Had a hydrologist report to confirm the chance of water being in that spot. I'm very glad I used a local outfit. The people were all professional well informed and open to all my questions. I highly recommend this service. Now we're on to the pump. I'll post again after. Thx Heritage
