I purchased an industrial Juki from these guys. I ordered during the holidays so I had the pleasure of dealing with a few different employees and was handed off based on their availability. Both Allen and Bruce were excellent to deal with. They steered me towards a much better machine that fit my needs. Being only an hour and a half away I was able to pickup my new machine in person. I got to hang around both Bruce and Joe who gave this beginner a crash course in how to operate and maintain my machine. I had a 10/10 experience and will be returning for all my equipment here. You just dont find great service like this anymore.Thanks!

Favorite Sewing Machine Company to Purchase From

We always communicated with an experienced personnel over the years and as well knowledgeable technicians when it comes to the sewing machine set-up, or submitting orders for the equipment parts. Our company had purchased Juki & Brother industrial Sergers, single needle machines, Yamato cover-stitch machines, Brother Bar – tack machine, Juki double needle/chain stitch and a buttonholing machine. Any tool purchases and their selections were processed easy with help of the Henderson’s representatives over the phone or via the email. I am familiar with Henderson Sewing Machine Company for about 13 years and wish they were located closer to Maryland.

We didn't buy our machine from them but they took the time to help us anyways. Marty answered technical questions with clear and accurate answers. Allen advised us on a better choice of needles for our application and between the two of them our machine is sewing better than ever. We cannot thank them enough!
