I have a big rear sway bar on my 03 ram. The bushings and hardware were wearing out. I contacted Hellwig and they sent me a brand new complete hardware kit free of charge.

Guaranteed to have missing or wrong parts. There doesnt seem to be any quality control or checking going on. The piece I was sent had completely mismatched bushings, the paint was flaking off of both supplied arms, and they gave me a random assortment of nuts that do not fit at anything in the package. Customer service takes ages to respond, so it's worth your time to spend your money on a completed package from another vendor who checks their work.

We’ve ran a Hellwig Products anti-sway bar on every truck we own and it makes an incredible difference. We’re full time RVers for 6 years in a truck camper, with a set up that weighs 14,000+ pounds, so it’s been extremely important to have our truck set up with the best suspension products. The sway bar takes out all of the rock and roll on curvy highways and on bumpy dirt roads while seeking out camp sites. We recently purchased a Ram 5500 to replace our F350 for hauling our truck camper and dirt bikes, and we were shocked to learn the 5500 has the same small stock sway bar as the 2500, and we immediately felt the sway when we loaded on our truck camper. Literally, cabinets were opening in our camper because it was so rock and rolly. So one of the first upgrades we did was swapping out the stock sway bar for a Hellwig one, and it was immediately better. No body roll on the curvy mountain passes, and gave us huge confidence in hauling our home around. Hellwig has awesome customer service and has always been interested in making a difference for everyone’s off road/hauling/towing experience. They are also easy to install yourself.

Be careful truck drivers when you get here BACK UP, do not turn and enter with the nose of the truck because you have to back up after that. Super tight, you will have to do a lot of manuevers. For this load I waited over an hour to get unloaded with the crane

i purchased the Hellwig frame fx kit for my 1969 Pontiac gto.
the kit was shipped out and received promptly, once receiving the kit you can tell they put allot of work into it. the laser cutting was spot on, the instructions were clear, i also found there was allot of online support on how to do the install. kevin from the shop was an amazing help with the few questions i had. 5/5 for this product and the team standing behind it.

When let go from the company they provided with an unusable last check on Friday, so had to wait till Monday to call and Ian still waiting. Still haven’t received a check or call from Hellwig to fix the problem

I ordered helper springs from a third party that arrived with a damaged box and missing a bag of nuts and washers. Instead of returning the whole item and getting a new one. I contacted their customer service for specifications on the nuts and washers so i could source them myself. They ended up sending me the parts free of charge.!
