After I had to go through some disability stuff, we received a threatning letter to come to the house and collect money, but I was going have have the police waiting on em..very unprofessional, and we're they are located the entire city is unprofessional...it's minus 5 star.....it's prob because of a learning disability or very unerducated or lower education or just ignorant.

The rude, haughty nature of the workers is appalling. The workers stand around and seem to make the jobs take as long as possible. Frequently they needlessly block roads with unused vehicles and without any warning sign.

Employees are rude anytime me or my husband have asked questions concerning our bills or the pipes coming from the lines outside the home.
Very unprofessional and lack of customer services.
It’s a shame how they represent themselves
