when i moved here 10 years ago, i was thrilled to have a local health food store in our small town of keystone heights. it has everything i need for vitamins, minerals, food. they give great assistance for your questions, too. i was able to sign up for their newsletter and to be notified when they had organic foods (chicken, fish , ground beef. beef steak, etc). this was wonderful! i won't buy chicken or beef anywhere else - the taste and quality of the meat is amazing.
