This office is actually one of the worst I’ve ever been to. They need to stop overbooking or get themselves and their appointment scheduling together. Every appointment I have made has taken over a hour for them to see me and even when there is very little patients they still take their sweet time to get u in. Most of the front desk aren’t the most professional either. It’s always crowded and even hazardous especially for those who are disabled. WORST PLACE EVER

Whoever answered the phone Dec 11th around 2pm. Hung up in my face after I told not to raise her voice at me after she obviously became agitated after I explained she’d given me false information. Now I’ve called back 5x and no one is answering I’m attempting to book my first appointment with this office.. Horrible inconvenience and disrespect

Came in advance and filled out the necessary paperwork. Sent them my insurance and they even took a photocopy of my ID. I confirmed my appointment with the guy and he assured me that he would input the information in the system. Day of my appointment they couldn’t find my packet, none of my information was entered and they wanted me to fill it out again. Waste of time. Didn’t want to stay around to see what else they’d neglect.

I have had an emergency dental referral that has been lost three times. I have seven teeth that need to come out and you think that after three times with my insurance contacting them they would have sent the paperwork correctly. However, that has not happened and now I'm being told by an oral surgeon who can't even get me in until late April that I need to go in to my dentist here again and make sure that they give me the referral and I'll referrals from here on out in hand and tell them why I need a copy of it because I have to bring it for services to be rendered. Although I will say my insurance company is amazing and were able to get the numbers of the teeth that needed to come out and they are pushing this as fast as they can without any help from health and life organization and I'm sure after this comment it'll get even worse... Which is so wrong...

Had an infection for 3 weeks and waited for my appt. Got a call 15 minutes before the appt to tell me it was cancelled and the only other available appt was in 2 weeks. Told them what do I do when I’ve had an infection for 5 weeks and my doctor won’t see me? They said there’s nothing we can do sorry just have to deal with it.

I have never had a good experience here. Nobody cares or wants to help. The doctors just rush in and out and don't listen. It takes hours or days to get a call back, if ever. Prescriptions are never filled without having to call both the doctor and pharmacy multiple times. Horrible clinic. Would never recommend.

The staff is nice but this place needs a serious upgrade and deep cleaning.
I went for a check up and for the first time in my 58 years the Nurse didn't weigh me when she took my vitals.
All of your vitals are important.
It was distressing that she skipped over it.
I'm a diabetic so my weight is IMPORTANT. I was proud because I've been really watching my dirt. I wanted to step on the scale?
I asked her about it and she said the scale was BROKEN. She weighed me on a different scale that was in the room. I don't know why she didn't do that before I asked her.

My Doctor is AWESOME. The 3 stars isn't for the providers, it's for the antiquated,grimy facility. The bathroom needs a DEEP cleaning and an upgrade to some hands free faucets and stuff. It has that
" permanent " funk. I decided to wait until I got home.
Nothing wrong with the service here.
Everyone I have encountered has been GREAT. Just old facility that lacks updated equipment.
