The sales department was kind and extremely helpful, Rigo and Alex helped get us into a brand new Chevy Trax and I am in Love with it! I have never had a dealership be so informative and they explained everything so we could understand. They were clear and honest. I also had to have a tire replaced after running over a wrench on the highway. 😬 John in the service department was very nice and flexible with my schedule. And the female employee (I forgot to ask her name) very graciously put my new licence plates on the car as well! I have been very impressed and happy with every interaction I have had. Highly recommend Healdsburg Chevrolet if you are car shopping!

Really solid experience albeit I think we’re probably on the easier side to deal with in terms of Customers. We usually know what we want and are fairly direct in terms of wanting to speed through if we feel the car is right for us and decently priced.

Giving 5 stars mainly for the friendliness and good atmosphere. Starting with Sarvine but also the 3 other staff members we dealt with (it was a slower day at the lot) Rigo, Rocky, and Keith…each were friendly and real. We got it done and out the door minimum hassle. Only ding might be the obligatory moment where I feel there are items on initial price work-up that are optional and to one degree or another kinda silly (not the warranty but things like “GPS and Ceramics”. But look…that is the business and as soon as I said “nyet”, all was removed and we were at the right price.

All good. Nice low-key place and if you find your right vehicle, highly recommend.

I contacted Healdsburg Chevrolet in the late afternoon and was immediately responded to regarding a used vehicle that I was interested in. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning to see the vehicle. Pedro the sales person was very helpful, polite and informative. I was able to trade in my old vehicle for a newer used vehicle. The negotiation went well. I was very pleased with the owner and the sales person. It made purchasing a vehicle enjoyable. I will be returning when my vehicle needs servicing. I would definitely buy from them again.

I reached out to this dealer to inquire about leasing a Silverado EV. They did not have exactly what I was looking for but Pedro was a great person to talk to. They gave me a great offer on a trade in ($3k more than other dealers in the area) and the lease they suggested for the one truck they had available seemed fair but was more than I needed. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great deal on my new Equinox EV. Super friendly sales people. I had to wait a few days for Pedro to find the color my wife wanted. My wife loves how quick and quiet it is. She’s never driven a EV and was a little scared of it but she is fine now and enjoying all the safety features it has.
