Ordered custom columns, after 4 weeks the order was never done- another 5 Weeks later the columns were delivered and were not done to specs! I got standard columns not the custom ones that take 5 weeks to make. completely WRONG! 9 weeks and another 1.5- 2 weeks to make right. So I am told, even the distributor cant say for sure if they would loose the order , get it in on the time they are promising or do it correctly for the third time. Not impressed. do not use this vendor if you have a deadline to meet or expect more from a manufacturer who deals with the building industry.
