I watch On Patrol Live and see this police chief all the time. If ever I go to Hazen Arkansas, I am going to go into that police station and hug that Chief. He's the best cop I've ever seen. I use to teach criminal justice for many years and never met anyone like him.

Chief Taylor is the most compassionate and caring police chief I've ever seen! He truly cares for his town and everyone that lives in it as well as every passing car on the highway! Even when they run and he catches them he is still very kind. What a great man!
