This should easily be a five star review any day of the week but unfortunately not on this occasion and being my first visit. Classic dive bar vibe that I will always have an affection for with a no frills approach and lots of clutter on the walls . They had apparently just opened on our early Sunday afternoon visit and the boxes of beer to be put away were all along the bar but who cares about that it’s a dive bar and probably proud of the label. Nice beer selection and I chose an IPA from a local brewery and my wife had a nice sized pour glass of wine.
After a while we noticed that it was totally silent and no music was playing losing some of the ambiance. I politely asked our bartender if there was any chance of accommodating us with some tunes of their choice. Her answer of one word was jukebox.
As someone who will go out of my way to support local none chain bars I was not in the mood to pay for music and chose to move on down the road for my next beer.
I’ll never let one barmaid who may be having a bad day to stop me returning to any establishment but on this particular day it just wasn’t for me .

The most chill bar in town. I love the bartenders and I think they all are great and on point. The drinks are affordable and the people are nice. I always have a great time hanging out and sipping on some drinks. I also like their bloody Mary’s. They’re very delicious.

This place defines what a dive bar is lol. The drinks were strong and cheap. No food was available not even peanuts at the bar. The jukebox was loud parking was almost impossible. Definitely an experience, but not one that I’m going to be repeating.

Straight up dive bar. Bartenders are solid, drinks are cold, AC is good, there's a pool table and a touch tunes and PLENTY of $Hite on the walls to keep you entertained for hours! Don't eat the hot dog in the bathroom and you'll be fine.

It depends on what day you go. Service will very. For food, only chips. Have a pool table, some kind of golf machine. Can sit inside,or outside. Parking in back

Wow! This is a bar not for the faint of heart! It's been around for years. There's memorabilia scattered on the walls. It's small but huge in a good time to be had. Prices are inexpensive. Stocked bar. An eclectic crowd ranging from local college kids to your veteran grandad. The manager Ray has been a part of the bar scene for decades. It's Cheers on steroids. A place to make friends easily as well as be cautious in who you confront. The sign out front displays witty intellectual funny quotes that pinpoint the past and present political, social and trendy arena. I suggest anyone to dare set foot in this classic historical Era of the age of dive bars.
