This company should not be in business.
I ordered three wooden pull out trays and when I got home and opened, they were all different and wrong sizes.

I called and explained it to the employee at the Riviera office who sold us the trays and he made good on it by correcting us with three new drawers.

Got home again they were the wrong sizes. I couldn’t believe it.

We called to order the right sizes and explained the situation for a third time and a woman told us she would put the order in but never got back to us for a confirmation on delivery from the Miami office.

Finally we got a call from the manager, Branden who had been on vacation for 10 days,, who said he won’t do business anymore with us and we can return the items or keep them! He was very rude and kept interrupting me.

This place is so unprofessional as a business. Not worth anyone’s time stay away terrible service.

Been coming here for years. The staff is always going above and beyond for what I need. And to the guys complaining about material. Be real... If you're in the industry you know what's up. Sounds like you're getting soft.

I asked for domestic and they sold me import. They took it back when I discovered the issue. I also have gotten damaged plywood included in some orders. Buyer beware and make sure you check upon delivery or pickup because they will include damaged goods. Also make sure you have a receipt if you want to return something otherwise you are SOL. Warehouse help is very good and quick about helping load materials

Horrible customer service always seem too busy for you and frustrated. Prices seem reasonable but can get better plenty other places with better service. I will not bother giving them my thousands anymore.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sent my guys there at 3pm to get a $1000 in plywood and they said sorry we close at 330 and 2 people are ahead of you. What a joke

AVOID THIS PLACE -
THEY WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU WOOD WITH ISSUES - HAPPILY COLLECT YOUR CASH THEN SAY OH THE WOOD FROM CHINA.
LOWLIFE BUSINESS. LOST OVER $800 AND EXTRA WEEK OF WORK USING BAD WOOD THAT I NOW KNOW WAS FROM CHINA.
ALSO BEWARE THINGS ARE NEVER THE SAME PRICE TWICE.

I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE STATE
