Great job and thank you !!! Called today ac not cooling, was told tech would be at my house within an hour, I think I called at 2:30 and ac was cooling at 3:30 was not expecting this level of service, I will differently be calling these guys in the future with any ac or heating issues thank you again.

I really don't rate businesses but I had to for this one. This guy installed my new AC/HEAT unit sometime last March. So I text him 2 weeks ago explaining that there is a issue with the AC/Heat unit (It will not shut off) and he basically ignored the text. I have been calling and texting him about the maintenance of my unit for a while and all he does is forwards my calls and do not respond to my texts. This man lacks professionalism and common courtesy. Technically I'm under warranty for a year so I figured that's why he's not willing to return my calls or text me back. I work hard to make a living just like everybody else so I just had to share my experience with everyone regarding Mr. Hardin and how he's running a grimy business. I'm going to every website that I can find to put this out there.
