Super happy with the service. We had no water to the house, and James Hardee came out and addressed problem quickly and efficiently on a Saturday/ weekend. Very reasonably priced. Knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was going on to my husband. Even called afterwards, to check on us to make sure water was good. We couldn't call previous well company we used, because they were closed. Maybe a blessing in disguise. We will definitely be calling Mr. Hardee if we have any more problems in the future with our well. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

On 10/9/24 at 6:00am I contacted Hardee's Well & Pump Repair regarding my issues. Mr. Hardee arrived at my residence around 8:30am, which is exactly when he told me he’d be there. He quickly determined what the problem was and had it fixed within 30 minutes (it was a fairly simple fix). He also took the time to show me what he was doing. When a technician does this, I especially appreciated it. For me it lets me know that they are not just replacing random parts and charging you for them. Mr. Hardee was courteous and personable. I would highly recommend Hardee's Well & Pump Repair if you are having issues with your well.

Wonderful serrvice friendly and honest.
Called on a Saturday they came right over and knew what the problem was did the repair at a fair price. He has a customer for life and I will recommend Hardee's Pump and Well to everyone I know.

My Wife called Mr.James Harder today 12/26/24 and he came out today to replace our pump this was the first time we have ever had him come to our home and he was very professional and nice and he made sure everything was working 100% before leaving and thank you for all your hard work and we will call you in the future for all of our pump and well needs 💯💯💯💯

This was the very first time I have ever had Mr.James Hardee come to my home and replace my pump on my well and he also came out the same day I called him and he showed up to my home within 30 minutes and he is very professional he answered all of my questions and concerns and before he left my home he wanted to make sure everything was a 100% with my well and that my water was running properly Thank you Mr.James for all your hard work and we will call you in the future our pump and well needs 💯💯💯💯

James was incredible. He came out to fix my mom's water pump and water heater. He saved her an incredible amount of money when another company told her she needed a new pump and she didn't have any money. She didn't have water for two weeks and no hot water for months and he came over after I explained her situation and was willing to work with her. If u want a reliable, honest, dedicated company go with James. He's one of a kind.
