Hands down the best metal fabricator you can find. Handcrafted has done a lot of work over the years at all of our restaurants and the work is impeccable. They can design and manufacture anything you dream up. Highly recommend. Town's front dining area was designed and built by Kurt.

My wife and I did a major remodel of our historic home in Los Gatos seven years ago. We had the good fortune of meeting Kurt of Handcrafted Metals through our contractor. Beyond the standard outdoor railings, Kurt's firm went full bore creative designers and came up with unique solutions for an outdoor shower wall, lightwell and steel outside door.

Terrible company - zero customer service. This company was brought to us by our general contractor. After spending lots of money having them manufacture metal fence and doors for us, they provided zero after sale service. The side gate does not work and rubs against the frame. And the lock on another gate does not work and we can't open that gate. Called customer service multiple times over several months, left messages and no one responded. The owner Kurt is irresponsive. Very disappointed and don't recommend them to anyone.

Follow up from previous post - finally got hold of Kurt. But he was incredibly rude. He said that he had no technician available to address our issues. Only 2 technicians but both out sick? And he asked how many technicians do we want him to have

Another follow up - this company hired a good receptionist, who is responsive to customer requests. We recently called for another issue, and she was very helpful. So we are changing the review to 3 stars now.
