The staff were great and very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was great. My wife enjoyed the daily breakfast and the happy hour was a nice treat. The location was convenient with easy access to the highway and walking distance to downtown.

We loved this conversion of the former nylon factory & learning about its history. It is a very beautiful facility! The window coverings with a map of Petaluma in our room & photos of the former factory were very unique. Staff was very friendly & helpful with recommendations of restaurants in the area. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. We plan to return for future stays!

We stayed here the night of 12/21 and loved our visit. The hotel is so unique - full of history combined with modern touches. Front desk staff and bartender were super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked on the spur of the moment as a quick getaway from SF and doing so discovered a gem. The hotel is new but built with character, which makes a pleasant change from modern boxes. Marry the hotel with discovering Petaluma a city we've always driven straight past (big mistake)! We'll certainly be back again soon.

This hotel was great! Loved that it was in an old silk factory so the ceilings were really high which was cool. The hotel was really modern which was cool. Loved everything about this hotel and would def stay here again. The location was great. Close enough to walk to downtown Petaluma yet such a quiet spot. I think the light rail picked up across the street.

Great mid-town location and really nice conversion of a historic building, full of cool design features. Love the column filled long corridors, the high ceilings and the concrete style resin walls. Parking is also very convenient ... but the best part of any hotel is always when the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming, and this was definately the case here.

Ramona was an excellent representative. She checked us in and ran the breakfast the next morning. She sure pays attention to details and was very welcoming! Very pleasant and remembered us the next morning. She warned us that our room was very nice in size but noisy from the road. Boy, was she right. No other rooms left, had to stay.
