I live near Glen Saint Mary and recently had an issue with my well pump. Unable to reach anyone locally I called Hall's which is about 32 miles away. They promptly answered the phone and had a tech there within 1 1/2 hours, Bobby D. He diagnosed the problem, had the part needed on the truck, along with other possibly needed parts, and repaired the issue within a few minutes. He was honest in the present diagnosis, gave an assessment of what might be needed in the future since the system is 19 years old, and the price was fair. He was also pleasant and friendly. I don't see where the repair visit could have been any better. Because of this experience, I will utilize their services again when needed, and recommend them to others. Thank you for the honesty and high level of service and professionalism.

I’ve turned to Hall’s for help with our well at least twice since I’ve been a homeowner in Columbia county, and I’ve come to depend on them to be professional and punctual. When I noticed my galvanized well tank was weeping at one of the seams, I turned to Hall’s. After exploring all the options, I agreed to replace my galvanized tank with a bladder tank, and they were out later in the day to do the install. There was a minor discrepancy between the price quoted and the total that the installers asked for, but after talking to Ben in the office, they very graciously honored the quoted price.

Halls drilled my well and installed the 1 hp pump 140' deep well in 1997. Yesterday 12/4/2020 I had them replace the pump. Not only were they honest and professional, the first pump lasted 23 years and was still working, the employee "Carlos" was honest, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Halls.

Bobby had the pressure switch replaced quickly, swept away a lizard that had caused the short and within 20 minutes was done. Very courteous and pleasant. Deserves a good bonus. Would be nice if all the companies I've had to deal with were as courteous and quick.
