I purchased a small used mower from them. They said that they had fixed it for another customer, but that custmer never picked it up. Key phrase, they said that they fixed it. I paid over 100.00 for it. I used it once a week or so later to cut my sisters yard. It cut fine for a few minutes. It then started sputtering and pouring out black smoke. I let it cool down and tried it again. It work ok for a few minutes. But then started sputtering and pouring out black smoke again. I kept letting it cool off so i could try to finish the small yard. I realized that the piston rings were worn out and allowing the oil to leak into the cylinder and burn when the engine got hot. I took the mower back to Hairs. They told me it was an "as is " purchase, which I was not told when I purchased it. They would not refund my purchase price. They neither offered to look at it and fix it to stand by their work and product. So I lost over 100.00 on a bad mower I used once and they would not stand by their work. To me that was almost dishonest the way they handled it. I will never use them again and I dont recommend them to anyone else. They are not customer friendly and do not stand by their work.

Had an absolutely great experience with Blaine and the Ladies today when I purchased a used line trimmer from them. There were some spare parts and a manual that were supposed to come with it and the ladies tore the place apart to make sure I got what what I came for. Great service. Thanks to you all.

I am thrilled to write this review because Hair's Mower Parts and Repair is the BEST shop I have found to work on my EGO Lawn Mower. These folks are highly organized and competent; I've been working with Blaine and he has kept me informed with his progress, discussed options for repair, and gone to significant lengths to solve the mower's problem (speed control). I am so grateful to find a repair shop that provides REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. No more going to a repair shop that looks like "death row for lawn mowers", instead take your lawn mower to these folks and you will be thrilled with the results...you'll even know the status of the repair because they COMMUNICATE.
