Bought a seat cover and foam and had it shipped to me. Had an issue with local upholstery shop not installing cover correctly. Call the guts ladies and they told me they'd correct my local upholstery shops mistakes and return ship it for free! 10/10 guts racing checks all the boxes. Terrible experience. Guts charged my card, then held my card information for 6 months, then decided to randomly charge it at a later date (6months later). When I called to see why I was charged the guy on the phone was a complete jerk. He said the original transaction was credited just after the purchase and they just now caught their error. So without notification, they charged me again. Not helpful, will deff not do business with them again.
