The Silverton Fire District (OR) has purchased 2 signs from Guthman. The quality of the service, communication, (before, during and after purchase) as well as the bidding process was outstanding! During the wildfires that were threatening the communities we serve, having the reader boards made getting important information out to the public very easy. This is an excellent technical consulting company who puts customer service first. They helped us through a very complex project for our church involving both a fixed lucite sign and a programmable LED sign. The results are spectacular with the feedback from our community very positive. I started the process of looking for a digital sign knowing absolutely nothing about them. Alex was extremely helpful in giving me an education with no assurance that he would win the bid for the two signs we were going to purchase. Upon signing a contract with them, they worked diligently to make the project happen even though the pandemic hit just a month or so later. Our project was in Arizona but they didn't let the time difference get in the way of working through difficulties when they arose. We now have two beautiful and amazing signs on our church property. I would highly recommend them for any sign project.

Last year the church decided that we wanted to have a new LED sign to replace our old one. We contacted Guthman signs, to make a long story short. The county required us to get a variance for a sign that we already had. It was a conventional lit sign and like I said we wanted to have an LED sign. And I would like to say that Mr. Bob Norman went above and be on his professional status with Guthman signs. By going to the courthouse numerous times, doing all kind of paperwork, and even sent out letters to our surrounding area. I could not have done all of this because I was at a loss not knowing the proper things to do. But now thanks to Mr. Bob Norman and Guthman signs we now have a beautiful LED sign.
