Yesterday was my 1st visit!
It's been on my bucket list for quite some time!
I wanted to see the Nina & Pinto replica ? at city harbor, unfortunately only 1 was there, the other's arrives next weekend I was told, which is fine!!
The area is amazing, Big Mike's steakhouse is the spot!!!
Also I was informed there's a Freedom boat club, where you can choose a boat from the fleet and explore the river through a monthly membership!
I'll be back!!!!

Perfect junk food for the kids breakfast, and pretty good shrimp and grits. Hot fresh coffee is always a must for me. Service and location was nice as well. Even on a rainy morning, the view was pleasant on the water.

We went on a weekday, so it was nice and quiet.

I took my youngest son on a momma day out. He is 9 and had an appointment so we went to the harbor to just spend time together. It was perfect. Quiet enough that we could carry on a conversation walking the piers. He loved stopping and swinging in the swings and I enjoyed just sitting a listening to him talk.

This place is absolutely beautiful! There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby! This is the closest thing to the beach you'll get!

There were so many restaurants to choose from. There was plenty of seating overlooking Lake Guntersville.

This is a very romantic yet family-friendly place to visit. There were bars, restaurants, shops and even a cigar bar.

We ate at Big Mike's, stopped in the cigar bar, and had drinks at Levi's. Try the Jack's peach, lemonade slushie.

Beautiful!! Super long wait times for all restaurants though! We didn't eat here because of that but we had a few drinks at Levi's!
