First time experience at chevy and would really recommend anyone going there. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and willing to help with everything we need. We had 3 people offer me and my wife some water while we were waiting and making sure we were comfortable during our time there. I bought my truck there and it was a great buying experience. I recently brought my truck back to them for a problem I was having with the key getting stuck in ignition. Messed up and took it to another chevy dealership that was closer to my home to fix the problem, but they didn't fix it. I should have taken it to Guntersville to begin with. Lesson learned. The service department at Guntersville is top notch. They got right on it, ordered the correct part, and actually fixed my truck quicker than they originally said. I would highly recommend them for any service needs.

My wife and I were broke down 150 miles from home with our GMC Sierra 2500 diesel truck. I told my wife we would have a very difficult time finding a mechanic to help us on a Saturday. Called Guntersville Chevrolet and to my total surprise was told they would do their best to help us. They worked us in their very busy day and got us back on the road in a few hours. Craig Harris (Service Manager) and Kevin Russell (Service Advisor) went beyond their daily/job responsibilities to help a total stranger in need. It's not often I experience such great work ethics and friendliness. I will defiantly consider the long drive from my home to purchase my next vehicle from Guntersville Chevrolet.

When I asked for the salesman that I had been in touch with the receptionist told me he was off. She acts as if I shouldn't be bothering her. I had to ask if there is somebody else that could help me. Not how I would have liked to start the process. The salesman Paul Grass was a great person to deal with for the 3 and a half hours I was there. Very laid back vibes.
