Exceptional customer service and quality. Chris, at Gulf Coast Gate, was professional and courteous! They took my order, built my gates, and delivered as promised. No damage to the gates upon delivery. Well made, great quality, and the gates hung true and straight. Excellent price for the gates made in Alabama! Wonderful buying experience. Having perfectly true gates made the construction work of the gate entrance much easier. I purchased aluminum gates and panels. Strong and light weight. I’d buy from Gulf Coast Gates again in a heartbeat!

This has been a very disappointing purchase. Company is very quick to take orders and your money but DO NOT follow through with purchase or customer service and support. Lack of communication is disrespectful and unprofessional. We ordered gates over 3 weeks ago we were promised delivery and our gates never arrived. Now we cannot get anyone on the phone no texts or emails answered completely avoiding responding or giving us any answers
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
UPDATE: After several calls, emails and text and no response almost a month later
We received a call from a 3rd party freight company that they had our gates and wanted to schedule a delivery date. The gates are nice and well made but wow! Customs service is nonexistent and very poor. Delivery freight company was more transparent and communicated with us far more than the manufacturing company.

READ REVIEWS for both Google accounts, BBB, and YELP before spending money with these crooks!!! Paid a lot of money for a gate that was pieced together with cheap metal, spray painted screws, and fence boards. They claim the gate was powder coated… powder coating doesn’t show paint runs. This gate was spray painted!!! Also, the gate has only been up for a very short time and the boards are already warped causing the cheap screws to pop out. The gate is sagging already and with a little bit of wind, the gate shakes.
Update: first wind storm blew both of the gates completely down. Have not even had them a year. The welds on the aluminum peeled back. Their product is not worth the money. So cheap! Better to just throw thousands of dollars out your car window than hire these guys.

Great pricing and work. The initial time estimate for install was about a week or so off but not too bad considering most companies these days seem to be overwhelmed. I would do it all again. Great work Chris.

Once your gate is installed and you've paid, it's like he fell off the face of the earth. Cheap materials and after installation service sucks.
Used a cheap garage door opener for a commercial outdoor gate. Any time I need service I have to call others for service. Please don't waste your money with Chris.

I ordered a gate and accessories on May 17th 2024, for a cost of $3,687.98. It was supposed to arrive in 3 1/2 to 4 weeks We received the gate ONLY, no accessories on July 2nd, over 6 weeks later! We hounded them for 3 weeks. I got no parts, but a partial refund on July 23rd. They finally paid me the remainder, of my refund
on July 31st. You be the judge, your choice.

The lack of communication makes this company less than desirable. It’s been several months of texts, calls, voice messages and they all go sight unseen. You may get “I will call you back” but that’s not the case. Waited approximately 3 months over the initial quoted time to get my gate installed. Once installed trying to get a hold of Chris the owner is impossible. Will never do business with Chris or anyone associated with him. The amount of excuses provided from business owner is unacceptable. Have never dealt with anyone like him, talks a good talk before picking up a check, not the same after the check has been picked up. Will take my business elsewhere for any future needs including the fence required to finish our project.
