My alarm was beeping in the middle of the night and the technicians, after phoning them ,were very helpful. In the morning, I called to make an appointment and after they heard my story, that I was unable to abort the
beeps, they sent Marvin out within the hour. He was wonderful and peace has returned to my home. I’ve been with Guardian for years and they have never let me down. Thank you thank you ,

Even though my scheduled appointment was set 10 days ago the technician, Danny showed up 15 minutes early and could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He was able to resolve all issues. The entire staff from ownership to service and sales to the staff at the central station. Guardian Hawk continues to under promise and over deliver by providing the highest level of customer service!

Guardian Hawk provides smoke alarms for my condominium building. The unit is defective and sends out a local audible alarm every day. We get a phone call from Guardian Hawk every day to tell us the system is alarming. Our building is managed by a property service manager but rather than call the property manager, they call us. When we say we need the unit serviced, the call center asks for a code, which we do not have. The system has been doing this for weeks now and we still don't know if Guardian Hawk will ever actually fix their defective system. There service process is ineffective and very frustrating.

I had a difficult security issue to resolve. It was a challenge for them, but they had a “can-do approach”, arranged a 2nd visit, and fixed the problem. Fantastic service, appt reminder texts, follow up, and I recommend them for security service.

Brian , the Guardian Hawke technician was very experienced and helpful. He solved our problem with our security system quickly and explained what caused the fault signal on the keypad. Brian also took the time to run through the fundamentals of using the keypad to assure that we were up to date on how best to alarm the house.
