The shipping clerks seem to not care if you get loaded or not. We waited 1 1/2 hr in dock and still didnt get our product said it was ready but didnt know when they were going to load our 2 pallets and acted as if they didnt care. I guess as long as they dont ship then the 2 women at shipping can just sit around and talk. I hope this note goes to the office
