I have owned their trimmer rack since March 1, 2023 and I've already had a good number of issues with them. First of all, I had an issue during regular use where the middle engine support arm weld snapped off completely, causing my Echo edger to lose all support on the engine-end while going down the road which caused my edger to snap in half , losing the engine part of my edger and the aluminum snapping in half on the shaft right below the trigger. I contacted them about the issue and thankfully they sent me a whole new locking side, 1 support arm, and a new set of lock keys BUT no hardware to attach it with and no compensation or even apology for my obliterated $300 edger. Secondly, when I received the replacement for the broken part that I've explained above I noticed that when they sent me a new sent of keys, that the keys worked/unlocked both the new and old locking side of the trimming rack... which leaves me wondering what's even the point of having a built-in lock when anyone with a Green Touch product and simply unlock your racks and take your stuff? Isn't that the majority reason why all of their racks are extremely overpriced compared to cheaper alternatives- just because they have a unique locking mechanism? Lastly, any bolts that the rack originally did come with have started to back out and rust along with the actual rack itself. And to note, YES everything was put on & together correctly with the help of no instructions that were NOT included in the box originally. I have only given them 2 stars for their quick customer support but their product quality it's self just isn't worth almost $400 for a weed eater rack with as many issues as I've had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS!

What a great experience I had dealing with Green Touch/TrailerRacks.com! Joanna was great to work with. I got the two position trimmer rack and bed rail system for my truck. They both fit great and will give me back more space in the bed of my truck. I'll be adding a blower rack soon. Thanks again for great products and excellent customer service!

I ordered, a blower rack version 3.0 and a trimmer rack 3.0. The blower rack came with a manufacturer defect, and a new part was sent to resolve the issue which is fine, sometimes things happen.
Not a problem.
When I recieved my trimmer rack the bracket for the third engine are was defective and you could not get it to seat a bolt so a replacement part was sent.
Two weeks later no package had arrived and I contacted Vince and asked him for the tracking info; come to find out a bee part had not been sent and I was expected to fix it myself which I said was unacceptable due to the nature of the price and quality of the product. So a replacement part was eventually sent and had the same issue, so I reached out again and was told a new one would be sent.
When my second replacement part arrived it was clearly an early version of the product and there was no explanation of why I did not receive the one I ordered.
If I treated people this way I would quickly be out of business. I experienced awful customer service and poor quality control of products. I was very optimistic and excited to use trailerracks.com highly praised locking racks. However it did not live up to the hype in my experience. Below is a picture of the replacement part on the left and the original on the right.

I placed my order Monday morning online around 9 am. By 1pm the following day my order was delivered. Granted we are in the same state 3-4 hours apart that is still unbelievably fast service. This company is taking care of there customers.

Awesome racks. Got them at the equip expo and they are awesome!!! Also got the covers. No problems there. Irdered the string spool holder and no issues with that. Came as expected!! Will order more soon!

I had an manufacturing issue with a fishing rod rack. After reaching out I was offered a replacement which was sent immediately. This company has excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future. The product is well designed and well made.

We have been running Green Touch racks for the last 5 years and we couldn't be happier with the product! It's fast, safe, and durable. Our trailers get pulled in the snow and ice and the salt hasn't hurt them at all, even the oldest racks still preform like the day they where unboxed!
