I’m a small farmer out of so hum. Met Shanon at the Matteel during a community meeting he said he could help out with my product. I was onboarded the next day they were able to move my product relatively fast and at a competitive price point. I gave a 5 star because of Shanon and his willingness to make sure the farmers he works with and the products we bring to him don’t fall by the waist side. Ultimately if your products isn’t what the buyers want it won’t sell simple as that. The only issue i had was with the sales rep KAcy total lack of respect for her job in my opinion. Really hard to even get a texted back about my question dealing with my product. She would say ok Il give you a call back and literally she never did. I still haven’t heard back from here it’s been a week. But as soon as Shanon understood the situation he took over like a boss and made me feel like Green OX puts there farmers first and I 100% recommend Green OX to all farmers looking for a reputable distribution company.
