I tried to use this business. I told them I was coming from hytop Alabama which was a 45-50 minute drive. Their business doesn't close till 12..I got there at 11:32 and the place had already been locked up and i was depending on them for a piece of equipment that i really needed for the day. The guy promised me they would be there and would hold it for me. They had my name and phone number but didn't contact me or anything, just ups and leaves because it's Saturday and they felt like it. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again and I will definitely be telling people to never go there.. Very frustrating especially when you need the equipment And your day depends on it. 0 stars Please

I rented a machine from Green Mountain a while back. Their customer service was excellent. When I broke 2 couplings on a Saturday, the owner stayed late so I could run the machine back by their shop and get the couplings replaced, after hours. Most companies probably would not do that, and GMR may not be able to in every situation, but they did not hesitate to help me. A+ customer service and reasonable pricing.
