I love it here. The Manager Clarissa and Assistant Manager Mike are so nice and understanding. We have 2 yearly carport sales, bingo, Bible study and much more. The pool is very nice and refreshing in the summer. The park is a nice place for walking or riding your bike. Or there is a larger city park across the street. To be honest I have thought of leaving to get a larger home. Luckily for me a larger one came available in this park.
I highly recommend this park to all 55+.
I just don’t understand that negative comment. That is a fictional name. Who are you Lulu

Stopped to use the restroom after dropping off a patient. I will say this: "this facility was by far the nicest, cleanest, grass was green, shaded, no garbage laying around, baseball field excellent that I have ever seen in my life!" Excellent job to the workers who keep this place up!! I could not believe how clean & fresh their restroom facility was considering it's outdoors & open, they had paper towels, toilet seat covers, hand soap, & stocked toilet paper!! No graffiti, broken anything it was rather refreshing!

They have a new manager that cares about the tenants. She worked hard to go above and beyond, decorating the clubhouse so we could all serve a Thanksgiving dinner to seniors and veterans ?

Slow down (Everyone) and very dark when visiting in the evenings so more lights it's 2018 and lamps don't give enough light, it's time for LED lighting for safety and better security.
