Best family investment we’ve ever made. We looked for a while into which van would be best for our family of 5 children and all our activities. Snowboarding, cheer leading events, camping, just to name a few. Through months of research we finally decided to make the investment with a Grech Mercedes Sprinter. Strada Ion. It has allowed our family to do so many more things as a family and all the kids love it. When we first purchased the van we had a small issue with a service light coming on and they towed it the next day and had it fixed immediately. There service was second to none. No issues sense.
Just wanted to write a quick review on how happy we are with the decision to go with Grech. We are making so many memories every single weekend….

John B and David R are our hero’s! If we have ANY problems they are always a phone call away, day, night, weekends and holidays!!!! Where else in the RV world can you get service like that!? I can't speak highly enough about our experience with our Grech Strada Ion. There is no more comfortable way to do a road trip and the convenience of having a very comfortable and functional home away from home. The fold-out couch is surprisingly comfortable and you don't notice the gaps between the cushion. We sleep as well in the Grech, as we do in our Temperpedic beds at home.

The learning curve isn't very steep on how to operate the Grech. Their walkaround videos do a great job of flattening the curve and limits the apprehension for the first time RV owner, which we are.

Driving a 24' van takes some getting used to, particularly on winding roads. I just slow down a little and get used to driving in the slow lane. I use the cruise control to manage my speed, which comes in handy going downhill. On straighter/flat roads, I'm in the middle lane going with traffic. The lane assist, blind spot monitoring and adaptive cruise are great features that Grech has optioned in their RVs Winds aren't as bad as I thought either. The Grech vans have the Mercedes wind mitigation system, which helps this gigantic sail going down the road. Very manageable.

We have not been problem free, but Grech's exceptional customer service was right there with us. A problem with dumping the gray/black tank was solved over the phone. After sharing a couple of photos, they were able to identify the problem and gave me some easy steps to follow to correct the issue. We also had a problem with the AC compressor not working while on a trip. Again, Grech responded to our request for assistance and provided a quick fix that covered us for the remainder of the trip and a permanent solution once we got home. Neither required us to take the RV in to a service center and something I was able to do myself.

A home on wheels is going to have issues and this is perhaps the greatest feedback I can provide. Grech means it when they say they are there with you when you need it.

This has to be the best quality product I ever purchased. That includes a Mercedes Cadillac and Corvette. My Turismo has been perfect after 18 months of ownership. I am a first time explorer/glamper. The small size can take me to any city and park in a standard parking space. As a first time rv person the people at Grech were so patient with all my many questions in operating my Turismo. They would respond to calls or emails within about an hour even on weekends. That is just crazy customer service. They always put me at peace in learning all about my new passion and new world of adventure at 77 years old. And my Turismo is so comfortable to drive and just like a large car. Love it.

I spent several months comparing and testing every class B RV in the market and found that the best one for I what I wanted was the Turismo Ion 4x4. The quality and features in such a small unit are impressive, definitely the best of all the units I checked.
